Production Flow

Washing of Raw Leaf
Sun-dried areca leaves are handpicked, washed with only clean water (no chemicals used) & air-dried to ensure durability and quality.
Heat Pressing
The washed areca leaves are placed in aluminum molds & heat-pressed into various shapes like square or round.
Buffing & Polishing
The plates are cleaned with a metal scrubber, and the edges are polished to smooth out any roughness, ensuring a refined, finished appearance.
Packaging
The products are packed using food-grade POF shrink film for secure protection and then placed inside carton boxes for safe transportation.
